2020: Week 18
Playing October 9 - 10
You've asked for horror and we're bringing you horror - Including a dynamite, BRAND NEW main feature! PLEASE NOTE - WE WILL BE OPENING OUR GATES AT 6:30PM AND STARTING OUR SHOWS AT 7:30PM FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON. This way you can catch both movies and still be home at a decent hour. ALSO, WE ARE ONLY OPEN ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON.
We start the program with the wildly-entertaining, first-run release THE WOLF OF SNOW HOLLOW, featuring Oscar nominated actor Robert Forster in his final performance. It's Jim Cummings' follow-up to his 2018 film Thunder Road, which is acclaimed by audiences and critics alike with 93% and 96% respectively, on Rotten Tomatoes. And we cap things off with John Landis' 1981 classic that every horror fan should see but many have not - AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON. Both of these films have terrific horror and storylines with a bit of very dark comedy mixed in. We hope you can join us! There's no better place to watch spooky movies than at the Midway! (And stay tuned for details on HORRORFEST 2020, coming soon!) |
