Playing October 18 - 19
As always, your ticket price covers all the movies in an evening and you may enter and exit at the times of your choosing.
Only two weekends remain of our 76th consecutive season! Our annual end of season scary movie blowout HORRORFEST is coming October 25th and 26th. At least FOUR SPOOKY MOVIES, both nights!
The BRAND NEW release SMILE 2 turns the creep-o-meter to the max, this weekend! It's up first, followed by the gore-fest clown nightmare that everyone's talking about, TERRIFIER 3. It's possibly the most brutal movie to ever play on screen at the Midway and it's a monster hit with audiences, handily winning the top spot at the box office in its opening weekend and earning 'certified hot' status on Rotten Tomatoes with a very strong rating at about 90%. And as a bonus third feature, we're bringing back the terrific skin-crawling indie horror LITTLE BITES. Big screams, jump scares, and tons of fun await you in beautiful Minetto. The leaves are changing, the grounds are decked out in Halloween decorations, and the crisp evening air smells of autumn. Come on out before it's too late!
Gates open at 6:30pm. Admission is $10 per person ages 12+, $5 per person ages 7 to 11, free for kids ages 6 & under, and $8 for military and veterans, with ID. Showtimes are the earliest a feature will start and may vary slightly. We show rain or starshine.
There is no saving of spaces, please. All vehicles must be parked within one-foot of any post, and blankets and chairs should be placed just within your space. There are two spaces between each set of posts.
From our famous pizza to Hofmann hot dogs and juicy burgers from Scriba Meats, to cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, pickles and everything in between, we offer a wide-variety of delicious food and drink in our concession stand! All our items are highest quality, freshly prepared, and very reasonably priced.
OUR SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. Please secure hatches down to roof-level, to lessen obstruction of the screen for the patrons behind you. Bungee cords and ratchet straps work great for this, and we have twine available for no charge at the projection booth. The spots closest to the snack bar in rows 3, 4, and 5 are reserved for handicapped parking. PLEASE use your headlights anytime your vehicle is in gear on the lot. It's better to cause a distraction than to cause an accident.
Tune in to 87.9FM. The superior sound is through your car stereo. The soundtrack sounds terrific and you control the volume. If you prefer to sit outside we urge you to bring along your own portable radio or boombox. Our loaner radios go fast. We have them for folks whose car stereos aren't working. Unless your vehicle battery is in need of replacing, it should last fine through a movie. A quick start of the engine for a minute or two, every hour or so, might not be a bad idea if you're unsure of your battery strength. Usually, when vehicles need jumps, lights or defogger fans have been on. If you need a jump, it's no problem, no charge! Just come to the projection booth if you need any help whatsoever.
Thanks so much! |
